Terms And Conditions

1. By ordering Ana Cleaning Services by telephone, e-mail or web site the client agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of Ana Cleaning Services.
2. All costs for cleaning services carried out on a regular daily or weekly basis should be paid by cash, standing order, BACS transfer, debit or credit card or cheque (made payable to Ana Cleaning Services) upon the completion of work unless other arrangements have been made with Ana Cleaning Services. One-off cleans (Spring cleans, End of tenancy, etc) must be paid by cash or cheque right after the session.
3. The client will be responsible for all bank and legal charges resulting from a dishonored cheque.
4. No cleaning work will be undertaken unless the client settles all the outstanding balances.
5. Ana Cleaning Services has a comprehensive public and employer’s liability insurance. Ana Cleaning Services is legally liable for any accidental damage caused by the cleaners.
6. The client accepts and understands that if something is damaged, broken or stolen and cannot be replaced with a new one, the client will be credited with the cash value of the items. We don’t guarantee ironing board, electric goods like iron, hover and washing machine, etc…. That includes, for example; items of sentimental value, art, antiques, etc.
7. Any damage or injury during the work due to negligence of health and safety by client are not acceptable and Ana Clean Limited shall not take any responsibilities.
8. All Screens (TV, Laptop and PC Monitor) and Keyboard are not to be cleaned by Ana Clean Limited employees.
9. In the event of lost keys Ana Cleaning Services will reimburse all costs of changing locks from an invoice provided
10. All damages, breakage or theft must be reported within 24 hours of our cleaning services date, otherwise the claim will be invalid.
11. The client is responsible for providing house cleaning or office cleaning materials and equipment unless other arrangements have been made with Ana Cleaning Services.
12. Any poor service must be reported within 24 hours of our service date. Ana Cleaning services will re-do the work again within 48 hours.
13. The initial number of working hours that has been estimated might change after the first few days of work. This is because it is difficult to estimate exactly how much time the cleaning work might take.
14. The price at which work has been assessed does not include anything apart from our standard cleaning specifications.
15. The client may cancel a single cleaning visit by giving at least 24 hours notice in advance. The client agrees to pay the full price of the cleaning visit if the client cancels or changes the day/time less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
16. The domestic sector client has the right to terminate the whole cleaning services by giving two weeks advance notice.
17. The office sector client has the right to terminate the whole service by giving four weeks advance notice.
18. The cleaner may be replaced if the client finds her/his work inadequate.
19. Ana Cleaning Services will provide a replacement if the regular cleaner is sick or unavailable. In case we are not able to provide a replacement on time, Ana Cleaning Services will pay the client the whole amount at which the cleaning work has been estimated.
20. The client can reduce the number of working hours by giving at least 2 weeks advance notice in writing.
21. The client accepts and understands that all Ana Cleaning services cleaners use public transport and any delays or strikes by metro and buses might affect the cleaner’s punctuality.
22. Ana Cleaning Services reserves the right not to be responsible for a cleaning job not completed due to the lack of appropriate office or house cleaning materials or equipment (especially vacuum cleaners and irons) in full working order, hot water or power.
23. Ana Cleaning Services reserves the right not to be responsible for any damages caused by inappropriate cleaning materials provided by the client.
24. Ana Cleaning Services will not be responsible for failing to remove old permanent stains that cannot be removed using normal carpet cleaning materials and techniques.
25. Ana Cleaning Services will not be responsible for discoloring of fabrics that become more visible once soil has been removed.
26. The client is not allowed to employ any Ana Cleaning Service’s cleaners for at least 6 months after the termination of services by Ana Cleaning Services.
27. Working with Ana Cleaning Services is based on trust. Both the client and Ana Cleaning Services are obligated not to disclose any confidential information about each other to a third party.
28. I have received a copy of these Terms and Conditions which I have read and understood. I agree that these Terms and Conditions form the basis of my contract with Ana Cleaning Services.
29. Legal action will be taken immediately against any person who breaches these terms and conditions.
